Adult
Dogs
Nature’s Select formulas are a super premium
diet. To get the best results, it is important to
feed your pet properly. Use the chart below to determine
the daily portion that is right for your dog. If your
dog gains or loses weight, adjust the quantity you
are feeding accordingly.
A
dog will require an adjustment period when you are
switching foods. Best results will be experienced
when making the adjustment gradually. Start by mixing
Nature’s Select formula with your previous food,
replacing the old food after 7-10 days. Please always
remember to have fresh water available for your pet.
Puppies
We recommend a scheduled, portion-controlled method
of feeding puppies. Your puppy should eat 1/2 of the
daily portion in the morning and 1/2 in the evening.
For puppies less than two months of age, the food
may be moistened with water. Use the following chart
to determine the daily portion that is right for your
puppy. The recommended feeding portions may vary according
to the breed, activity level and temperament of the
puppy. Consult your breeder or veterinarian for more
information if desired. The mixing instructions also
apply to puppies but should be even more gradual,
extending the transition time to 10-14 days. Please
always remember to have fresh water available for
your pet.

Cats
Feed cats free-choice, a bowl of food available at
all times, or in one or more meals of 2-30 minutes
each. The average 8 pound cat will consume about 1/2
cup of food per day. This amount will vary with individual
cats. Feed enough to maintain their ideal weight.
Please always remember to have fresh water available
for your pet.
